JOHN W. MEYER, JR.
President, Principal Broker
Mr. Meyer founded Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. in 1999 and draws on his 28-years of professional property management service and general real estate experience to guide the day-to-day operations of the organization. In addition, he assists the company in the development of new construction projects and the acquisition of new business opportunities. Prior to starting Infinity, Mr. Meyer was the Director of Asset Management for the Housing Authority of Portland and prior to that was the Vice-President of Operations for Bowen Property Management Company. Mr. Meyer has been involved with several industry related groups over the years including the Institute of Real Estate Management, where he earned his Certified Property Manager designation and Metro-Multifamily Housing Association. Mr. Meyer holds a Principal Brokers License in the State of Oregon.
SAMANTHA J. MARTEN
Property Manager/Compliance Officer
Ms. Marten is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all multifamily properties in Oregon and has been part of the Infinity team for over ten years. Ms. Marten also administers the Bond, HOME, Section 42 and Project Based Section 8 compliance programs including file review and approval for recertification/new move-ins and compliance support. Ms. Marten is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management and a Certified Assisted Housing Manager through Quadel. Prior to joining Infinity in June 2004 Ms. Marten worked as a Community Director for five years for Rancho Cordova Apartments, Larch Mont Gardens and Ross Wood Manor Apartments in Sacramento, CA, all three properties were Section 236 properties one with a Section 8 contract. Ms. Marten has specialized in professional property management for over 20 years, and is a licensed Broker in Oregon.
As the Compliance Assistant for Infinity Real Estate Group, Ms. Mejia is responsible for all compliance related matters and works directly with Ms. Marten and the field staff to ensure the timely and accurate reporting and completion of all compliance paperwork. Prior to joining Infinity in March 2017, Ms. Mejia worked as a Property Manager for U.S. Property Management.
S. MONIQUE PROBST
Ms. Probst is responsible for the day-to-day management of all single family properties. Ms. Probst started with Infinity in February 2010 and previously worked as a Human Resources and AP Clerk for APCON in Wilsonville, OR. Ms. Probst received her business training through ITT Technical College in Portland, OR where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Technologies and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon.
JACQUELINE E. GIPSON
Ms. Gipson is responsible for supervising all accounting functions including the timely preparation of the monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations, recording of all accounts payable and account receivables for all of Infinity’s properties and has been part of the Infinity team for over nine years. Ms. Gipson started with Infinity May 2005 and previously worked as an owner/office manager for Sea Services in Sacramento, Ca. Ms. Gipson received her accounting training through Pioneer Pacific College in Wilsonville, OR where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon.
Ms. Carter is responsible for the timely receipting of all income received from residents and the processing of all payables. In addition to enforcing timely rental payments, Ms. Carter also negotiates with residents reasonable solutions to resolve outstanding balances.
Ms. Smith is responsible for the timely receipting of all income received from residents and the processing of all payables. In addition to enforcing timely rental payments, Ms. Smith also works directly with Ms. Gipson on all monthly financials statements and bank reconciliations.
